Return Window
- Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and proof of purchase
- Custom, special-order, and clearance items are not eligible for return
Return Process
- Contact us before sending any item back
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may apply unless item is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement, refund, or resolution depending on the case
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Clearance or final sale items
- Assembled or used furniture
