Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase
  • Custom, special-order, and clearance items are not eligible for return

Return Process

  • Contact us before sending any item back
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected:
    • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless item is defective or incorrect

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or resolution depending on the case

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Assembled or used furniture
